ClickIQ.co.uk are on a mission to disrupt recruitment advertising and have just launched the first UK based recruitment marketing technology platform with integrated AI. We are a private equity backed start-up based in the heart of Godalming, Surrey and our sister company runs a network of successful specialist career hub sites.

We are currently seeking a highly capable individual to join our team on a full time, permanent basis. Main Responsibilities

The role at ClickIQ will be incredibly varied and includes managing the day to day running of our Office, providing support across the Sales, HR and Finance areas of the business,  PA support to the management team and assisting with the co-ordination and organsiation of Conferences/Events.

 

The Person

You will be a team player who is smart, reliable and able to use your initiative and problem solving skills. You’ll have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be a great administrator. You’ll need to be able to manage your time well, be willing to work hard to get the job done and be able to prioritise a highly varied work load. As part of a small fast paced company, you’ll need to be down to earth, flexible and adaptable. It’s important that you can work under pressure and to tight deadlines and have a keen eye for detail.

 

Experience and Skills

Ideally you will have at least 2 - 3 years relevant office administration experience, preferably with some of this gained within sales administration.

We are seeking someone with good academics and strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and experience of using Salesforce or similar CRM databases.
 


Location and Working hours

Weekdays 8.30am until 5.00pm
Based from offices next to Godalming train station
